PREGNANCY & BIRTH SHOULD BE A POSITIVE, HAPPY TIME; I'M HERE TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE THAT.
These classes are an opportunity for you to take time out during your pregnancy to relax, tune in to your ever-changing body & connect with your baby. We will work to build strength in the areas you need it but also relieve any aches, pains & tension that you might have developed. At a time when you may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, I will teach you different breathing techniques & visualisation exercises to help you feel calm & grounded. We also explore breath work & optimal positions for birth, plus it’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other mums-to-be who are journeying alongside you.
No previous Yoga experience is required. This class is for anyone who identifies as a pregnant.

I offer these classes in termly blocks. By committing to a term:
You’ll give yourself the opportunity to build up your strength & have regular periods of vital rest each week.
You’ll get to learn & practice the varying tools that will support you all the way into birth & beyond.
You’ll experience a positive impact on your physical & mental wellbeing when you attend consistently.
You’ll get to know the other Mums to be & build up a community of women around you, which is so vital at this time in your life.
You’ll benefit from a discounted rate by booking the full term.
I advise attending a minimum of 6 weeks classes. But you can join from 12 weeks pregnant all the way until birth. Term blocks continue throughout the year so you have the opportunity to book ongoing terms.
What To Bring
I want you to feel as nurtured & safe as possible in this class. I will provide Yoga mats, pillows, blankets & cushions however if you would like to bring your own you are more than welcome to.

About ME. . .
I’m a mum. I LOVED my pregnancy but it was a big change. I know how it feels to lose control of the 'YOU' you once knew. It manifests in all sorts of ways such as physical aches & pains or feelings of anxiousness & overwhelm. I too missed out on sleep, felt heavy & uncomfortable at times, had an over-active mind & felt like a goddess some days but pretty down & shitty on other days. But through my own personal practice & my skills as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher & mindfulness mentor I found ways to conquer these feelings & I'm passionate about empowering you by sharing these teachings so you too can feel good, whatever stage of pregnancy you're at.
Can I just drop in?
I advise that you book the full 6 week term to ensure you get all the benefits of the class, however I understand that that is not always possible, so if you would like to join on a drop-in basis, you can book a single class, subject to availability. Single class rate is £15.
What if the class needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19?
If the government declares public classes are prohibited or we return to another lockdown, I will either continue to offer my classes online via Zoom or cancel the classes. If this doesn’t work for you, you can choose to carry classes over to a future block or receive a refund for any unattended classes.
