‘Sacred Pause’

'Sacred Pause' is a nourishing ONLINE workshop for exhausted Mothers offering Gentle Yoga in Bed, Guided Journalling and a long Guided Relaxation, ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR BED!!
What will we do?
Breathing and Gentle Yogic Movement to release the day - which you can do in bed.
Some prompted journalling to help you go inwards and uncover, or release, anything you need to.
Followed by deep guided relaxation using my voice, healing sound and soothing music.
All you will need is:
- Your bed or a yoga mat and floor space
- A candle to light
- Blankets and pillows
- Notepad and pen
- Headphones
Anyone who identifies as a mother is welcome. Come as you are. You can turn your camera off once we get started. If your baby is still awake at this time, but you’d like to join with them, just mute your sound, snuggle them in with you and let them be soothed by the calming atmosphere too. Alternatively, if your big kid is still getting to bed at this time and you can’t make it live, you can catch the replay, which I will email out within 24hrs.

Just To Say: This workshop is for you if your child is asleep by 8.15pm or if you have someone to help you get them down. I know this is different for every Mother, it certainly wasn’t the case for me for a long time, but if this is not your situation right now, I see you. Please know that your time will come Mama. x
